Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting products such as furniture, electronics, utilities, and tiles, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth showroom experience. Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, and specifications across furniture, electronics, utilities, and tiles categories.
• Provide product demonstrations and guide customers to the right choice.
• Maintain updated knowledge of product inventory, promotions, and offers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support in billing, order processing, and coordinating deliveries.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangements.
• Assist in stock checks and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers are welcome; experience in retail sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing processes (training will be provided).
• Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
