Showroom Sales Associate

Role Summary:

Responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing enquiries, ensuring excellent in-store display standards, and executing the sales process with professionalism and outstanding communication.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Create and maintain a network of loyal clients.
• Participate in and support company events and brand activities.
• Contribute actively to achieving the boutique’s sales targets.
• Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Sales experience in a similar or related field is an advantage. Freshers may apply if they meet other criteria.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and agile in handling challenges and multitasking.
• Young, dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-oriented.
• A good team player with a professional appearance, good manners, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
