We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our products and services. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a customer-focused mindset.
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable two-wheeler models. Explain product features, pricing, financing schemes, exchange options, and promotional offers. Conduct effective follow-ups with leads generated through showroom visits, referrals, telecalling, and digital enquiries. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new model launches, features, and competitor offerings. Execute test rides and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, enquiry sheets, and customer data. Coordinate with finance executives, insurance team, and service advisors for customer processing. Build long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
