Showroom Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Showroom Operations Manager with a strong Hospitality Management background to manage our premium showroom operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, well-groomed, and experienced in handling walk-in clients in a service-oriented environment such as hotels, restaurants, or luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth front-office functioning
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a high level of professionalism and hospitality
• Ensure premium customer experience similar to hotel or luxury service standards
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and backend teams for seamless customer handling
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations effectively
• Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Monitor staff attendance, behavior, and service quality
• Prepare daily reports on footfall, customer interactions, and issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management (Preferred)
• Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, luxury retail, or front-office roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Presentable personality and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of billing, CRM, or front-desk systems is a plus
