Job Description

Role Overview

The Showroom Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of the retail showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experience, strong sales performance, team leadership, and adherence to brand standards. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth while representing KEEMTIs premium and modern luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive showroom sales targets and KPIs including conversion, ATV, and productivity
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies
  • Track performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve results
  • Ensure effective upselling and cross-selling of lab grown diamond jewellery

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver a high-touch, luxury customer experience aligned with KEEMTI standards
  • Handle escalations, customer concerns, and post-sales follow-ups professionally
  • Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
  • Ensure showroom ambience, hygiene, and visual presentation meet brand guidelines

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom team (sales executives, support staff)
  • Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and skill coaching
  • Ensure team training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service etiquette
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of showroom staff

Product & Inventory Management

  • Ensure accurate stock handling, tagging, billing coordination, and audits
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving designs and share insights with HO
  • Ensure zero pilferage and compliance with security and SOPs

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, billing processes, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with HO teams (HR, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance)
  • Maintain statutory compliance, documentation, and store reports
  • Manage store opening/closing, rosters, and operational discipline

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador for KEEMTI and lab grown diamond jewellery
  • Educate customers on lab grown diamonds, sustainability, and value proposition
  • Ensure consistent communication of brand story and trust

  • Comfort with luxury, lifestyle, or jewellery retail environments

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail, with at least 2 years as Store/Showroom Manager
  • Experience in diamond jewellery (natural or lab grown preferred)
  • Graduation required; retail or management qualifications are an advantage
