Role Overview

Senior Jewellery Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create

  manual jewellery sketches

  (approximately 70% of total work) based on market trends, brand themes, and design briefs.
• Develop innovative design concepts for

  fine and luxury jewellery collections

  including rings, pendants, earrings, necklaces, and bridal lines.
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  
• Present design concepts and mood boards using

  CorelDRAW, PowerPoint, and Excel

  (basic level – data entry and presentation support).
• Research global jewellery trends, materials, gemstones, and finishes to bring fresh design perspectives.
  
• Ensure that all design outputs maintain brand consistency, innovation, and craftsmanship standards.
  
• Take complete ownership of the design process — from concept visualization to sample approval.
  
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to finalize prototypes and ensure accuracy in production details.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in

  Jewellery Design / Fine Arts / Design

  or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience

  as a jewellery designer, preferably with reputed luxury or branded jewellery houses.
• Strong

  manual sketching skills

  (essential).
• Working knowledge of

  CorelDRAW, PowerPoint, and Excel

  (basic, for presentation and data entry purposes).
• Proven ability to

  translate briefs into creative, marketable jewellery concepts

  .
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, detailing, and trend forecasting.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
