Showroom Manager- Gold/ Diamond jewellery

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the jewellery showroom. This includes supervising and training showroom staff to ensure customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining inventory control, managing stock levels, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly. It will also be your responsibility to ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. You will coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost sales, manage budgets, expenses, and prepare financial reports. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a showroom manager or in a similar role within the jewellery industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle administrative duties and manage financial aspects. - Proficient in using retail management software.
