Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand and present product features, specifications, and benefits to customers. Provide information on pricing, warranties, and after-sales service. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Update product displays and promotional materials as per marketing guidelines. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information. Coordinate with backend teams for order processing and delivery. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Work Location: In person
