Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shower Cubicle Enclosure Manufacturing Supervisor based in Ghaziabad. The supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, Drawing making,Raw material list preparing, Packaging of goods, implement production plans, maintain quality control standards, and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient workflow. Additional responsibilities include monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with other departments to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations, Drawing making, Raw material list preparing, goods Packaging to ensure smooth processes.
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain high product standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and convey clear instructions.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing,shower cubical material, installation ,equipment and safety protocols is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
