The company is located in UPSIDC industrial area,M.G.Road Ghaziabad U.P.. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Bathtubs Manufacturing Supervisor. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bathtub manufacturing process with documentations, Manpower handling and dispatches. This includes planning production schedules, ensuring quality control and coordinating with team members to meet production targets. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting issues and communicating with different departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and strong communication skills and shop floor workforce handling ability Experience in Production Planning and Quality control, Resin fiber knowledge, jacuzzi fitting with good packaging knowledge Knowledge of Bathtub and SPA whirlpool Manufacturing Operations, Bill of material knowledge, inventory management Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment with WIP, FG inventory, daily production following and production plan data entry skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing operation, Technical skills, Master in Excel, strong communication in Outlook mails Job opening for Bathwellness industry experience preference only Contact details : Share your CV on production@oysterlifestyle.com or whatsapp on 8860087132
