Shopify Voice Process- Non sales

As a Shopify Voice Process Executive, your role will involve handling customer calls and resolving store-related queries in a professional manner. You will be responsible for providing clear and effective communication to customers while updating call details and maintaining CRM records. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound/outbound customer calls - Providing polite and effective communication - Updating call details and maintaining CRM records - Following quality guidelines and process protocols - Escalating complex issues as needed - Achieving set performance and quality targets The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of calling experience in a voice process. Fluency in English and Hindi is required for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Noida Sector 62 with a salary of 32,000 In-Hand plus incentives.
