Description
Key Responsibilities Customize and maintain Shopify themes to align with brand goals and aesthetics. Design and implement elegant UI/UX flows for web and mobile users. Create visual assets for website banners, collections, emailers, and promotions. Develop custom features using Liquid , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways to enhance store functionality. Monitor and improve site performance (speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness). Troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality user experience across all devices. Create basic short-form fashion videos for product showcases or social media use. Collaborate with founders or external marketers to align visual and technical execution. Must-Have Skills At least 1â1.5 years of hands-on experience with Shopify development and the Liquid templating language . Solid front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery , responsive design. Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party app integrations. Strong grasp of SEO best practices , performance tuning, and site analytics. Competence with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Basic understanding of version control (Git or similar). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to self-manage in a dynamic environment. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Video, or CapCut. Experience creating short-form fashion content for Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Understanding of Shopify Plus and advanced Shopify features. Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Passion for womenâs fashion and digital storytelling.
