Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance. - Regularly update product listings, pricing, and promotions to maintain a current and engaging website. - Implement data-driven merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products and drive sales through techniques like product categorization, cross-selling, and upselling. E-commerce Strategy: - Develop and execute strategic plans to increase online sales and enhance brand imagery. - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives. Website Optimization: - Utilize Shopify analytics and other tools to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Coordinate on website design, layout, and navigation to enhance usability and conversion rates. - Implement SEO best practices to boost search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
