Job Title: Shopify Business Analyst

Role Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining business requirements, and creating detailed business documentation. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and working closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. The analyst will also streamline business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
Proficiency in developing and documenting Business Requirements and Business Processes
Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage
