Key responsibilities Operations management: Supervise all daily workshop activities, monitor productivity, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow to meet performance targets. Service quality and delivery: Ensure all repairs and services are performed to Hero MotoCorp's standards, conduct final quality checks, and guarantee timely vehicle delivery to customers. Team supervision: Guide, motivate, and manage the workshop team, including service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel. This includes delegating tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and conducting team briefings. Customer satisfaction: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring transparent communication and effective resolution of complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Administrative tasks: Manage job cards, ensure proper documentation, and handle reporting on workshop performance and productivity.
