You will be joining Shyam Mishra Juice Centre, a prominent juice retailer in Bangalore known for introducing the Dry Fruit Milkshake with natural figs and other dry fruits. With a strong presence of 16 stores in Bangalore, our focus is on maintaining quality and promoting healthy diets. Our commitment is to consistently improve people's well-being through our innovative range of juices. As a Shop Manager based in Bengaluru, you will have a full-time, on-site role. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing store activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties will involve supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, upholding cleanliness standards, and driving sales growth and profitability. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills that enable effective interaction with both staff and customers. Your expertise in Operations Management and Store Management will be crucial for maintaining seamless daily operations. Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills are essential to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Previous experience in the retail or food and beverage industry will be advantageous.
