Shop Floor Supervisor

SHOPFLOOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ROLE

1. Manpower

a. Work allocation, Supervision and Daily report by email of work being done on shopfloor

b. Outdoor Deputation planning, taking report from team and arranging

resources.

c. Leave and attendance monitoring.

d. Inspection of Fabricated and Machined items

e. 5S and Housekeeping on shopfloor

f. Coordination with manpower with System Department for Machine Wiring

g. Coordination for Demo /Trials of Robot/Equipment on shopfloor.

2. Material

a. Refer to Mechanical Drawing and discuss technical details with Design and understand the raw material required and it's assembly

b. Drawing related queries and SOBOM Monitoring

c. Refer to Reports in Analytics (Rpt Reservation and Purchase Received

) and follow up for shortfall material with Purchase

d. Receive the issued material (Transfer Orders) from Stores and keep them on the Project Racks labelled accordingly

e. Coordination with Purchase and Vendor for machined/fabricated items Return of Excess material back to Stores. Purchase

f.

g. Giving feedback for Vision Consumables required on shopfloor which is not put in SOBOM

h. Coordination with Design for in house manufactured items to be put in SOBOM and with Stores/Audit for doing Inv Adj so that it can beissued to the Project

3. Miscellaneous

a. Housekeeping and 5 S Implementation on Shopfloor

b. Updation of white board and share the Project Status

c. Scrap segregation and emptying behind Stores in resepective bins

d. Machine Shop and Paint Booth monitoring and housekeeping

e. Wrapping of assemblies prior to dispatch

f. Coordination with Customer for Inspection during FAT.

g. Coordination of Wooden Packing and dispatch with Stores and Logistics

h. Assisting Stores and Logistics for Packing List identification of material

i. Supervision to ensure Safety related procedures being followed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
