Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards. Manage manpower handling, including setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and resolving issues as they arise. Conduct setter activities such as programming and setup of HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines using Master CAM software. Handle Siemens control systems for machine operation and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
