Job Description

As a Production Floor Supervisor, your role involves leading and managing a team of workers to ensure smooth operations and productivity. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning work schedules and assigning tasks to workers effectively. - Checking daily production goals and ensuring they are met. - Ensuring that products meet quality standards by inspecting finished items. - Taking prompt action to fix and improve quality issues. - Ensuring all safety rules are followed and reporting any accidents or safety problems. - Collaborating closely with other departments for seamless coordination. - Maintaining records and preparing reports related to production. - Addressing employee problems or complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, the company offers benefits such as internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, and availability on weekends. There is also a performance bonus provided.
