We’re expanding our showroom leadership team.Alok Fashion, the largest women’s apparel showroom in Greater Noida, is hiring for core floor roles that directly impact sales, customer experience, and daily operations.

If you understand fashion retail, customer psychology, and high-volume showroom management, read this carefully.

OPEN POSITIONS1️ Floor Manager (2 Positions)

Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 years in fashion retail / high-volume apparel showroom

We’re looking for professionals who can:

Handle customers with confidence and maturityLead the showroom floor with authorityManage staff, merchandising, and daily operationsConvert walk-ins into buyers consistentlyMaintain a premium showroom experienceYou must be: presentable, well-spoken (English), and operationally strong.

If you’re not experienced, this role is NOT for you.

2️ Cashier (1 Position)Male or FemaleExperience preferred in: POS billingCash handlingCustomer interactionBasic inventory & counter coordination need someone reliable, presentable, and customer-friendly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
