Job Description

As an experienced factory operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and maintain quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing production processes to meet production targets - Supervising and managing shop floor staff to ensure efficient operations - Maintaining product quality and implementing process improvements - Ensuring proper use of materials and resources - Enforcing safety regulations and compliance Additionally, you will be required to prepare production reports and update management on a regular basis.
