Job Description

Export Orders : Collate incoming export orders, coordinate orders with the production team and logistics supplier. Ensure proper implementation of changes and additions to orders across various teams. Engage in efficient communication between productions teams and documentation teams so as to maintain updated and accurate order records.
Documentation : Prepare export documentation including Proforma invoice, Detailed Invoice & Packing lists, Phytosanitary certificates, licenses and all other necessary documents required.
Logistics : Plan and organize shipments, coordinate with both Production teams and freight forwarders.
Customer service : Address customer inquiries, provide product information, analyse incoming orders and give confirmations to customers of orders received and recorded. Overall management of customer relations
Troubleshooting : Sort out any problems with exports.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of working as an export executive - operation team is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
