Shift Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Shift Supervisor for Coco Coir Substrates, your main responsibility will be to manage daily operations in the Plant, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the plant. You will be in charge of maintaining proper availability of raw materials for production, adequate stock levels, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, you will be required to test and monitor plant processes, maintain 5S and Safety Standards, and adhere to Kaizen guidelines. Preparing, analyzing, and issuing production and performance reports, as well as maintaining all administrative records, will also be part of your role. Controlling costs to achieve company budget goals and developing a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan will be crucial. Manpower arrangement, handling, and ensuring regulatory compliance are also key aspects of this position.
