Shift Manager

The role involves handling shifts at the cafe, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, as well as managing the opening and closing procedures. You will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 members, providing training, and ensuring smooth cafe operations. This includes managing inventory, handling cash, maintaining the cafe checklist, and interacting with customers to take orders. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, be a good listener, and demonstrate flexibility in terms of shifts, tasks, and transfers. Experience in the QSR/F&B industry, particularly in handling shifts independently and managing inventory, is preferred. Customer handling skills are essential, including resolving queries and fostering a positive environment for customers.
