This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Ernakulam. Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of production processes and quality control measures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree and experience in related field is a plus
