Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Ernakulam. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties include managing staff, coordinating tasks, maintaining quality control, monitoring production schedules, and handling any issues that arise during the shift. Qualifications Management and leadership skills, including the ability to manage and coordinate staff Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of production processes and quality control measures Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree and experience in related field is a plus
