Job Description

Shift Incharge
Role & Responsibilities

Perform production according to work orders, SOPs, or special instructions.
Check the seed-dip status of the pullers and decide whether to start necking.
Monitor the processing status and performance of all growers, attentively observing for any abnormalities.
Monitor the pullers' operating status.
In the event of deviations or issues, promptly initiate an action request to the designated personnel, ensuring swift resolution and maintenance of optimal operations.
Periodic reporting of the productivity for each puller (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Identify daily abnormalities, prepare an action report, and take corrective actions.
Perform shift hand-over and take-over with the upcoming shift personnel, sharing detailed information of the previous shift and highlighting any critical actions to be taken.

In case of emergencies, take appropriate actions by following the SOPs and gather at the assembly point.
