Shift Incharge - Metal Solvent Extraction Plant and leaching

Process Engineer Carbon

Own daily pilot operations: start-up/shutdown, process monitoring, and control-room logging.
Run DOE trials; collect/clean data (mass/energy balances, yields, quality KPIs).
Draft and maintain SOPs, P&IDs change logs etc.
Coordinate with QA/R&D for sampling, COA generation, and troubleshooting.
Drive preventive maintenance schedules with Utilities/Maintenance.
Pathway (post-pilot)
After pilot stabilization, we intend to absorb this engineer into the Mixed-Mass Graphite line (or another Carbon Business unit such as rCB refining/Devulcanization), ensuring continuity of know-how from pilot to scale.
Profile & grade
B.Tech (Chem/Mech) in continuous process plants (solids handling, filtration, leaching, drying, milling preferred) or anything equivalent.
