Shift Incharge

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Shift Incharge - (Production) in the Agrochemical Industry, located in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control.

• Monitor shift activities, plan, and ensure timely production completion according to requirements.
• Conduct production batches as per schedule, maintaining productivity and quality norms.
• Implement cost-saving measures to reduce man days, production costs, raw materials, and energy consumption.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives based on production planning.
• Check production output against specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Manage DCS operations, troubleshooting, and data recording.
• Prepare performance and progress reports and record all production reports, including BMR, quality records, failure analysis, plant waste generation, and management.
• Train new employees and follow established procedures.
• Ensure adherence to plant safety guidelines and maintain plant housekeeping and required standards in all production areas.
• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control.
• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc).
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles.
• Experience in implementing cost-saving measures and improving efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
