Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Human Resource professional located in Surat. The role involves managing daily HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The Shift HR professional will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills and experience in HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or energy sector is a plus
