21. Preparing and maintaining complaints tracker.
22. Maintaining incident reports record of common area.
23. Monitors STP water quality to maintain (Ph. /chlorine).
24. Provides admin support for common area various events like such as
Republic day, holi, Diwali, Christmas, badminton tournaments, cricket tournaments, T.T tournaments etc.
25. Categorized and filed all reports, invoices and challans system-wise and by type,
ensuring accurate documentation and easy retrieval of maintenance records
and service reports.
