Testing & Quality Assurance: o Develop and execute unit tests, system integration tests, and acceptance tests for high-complexity functions. o Provide testing tools and scripts to ensure thorough testing of developed functionalities. 5. Mentorship & Leadership: o Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills and overall performance. o Ensure high-quality standards by guiding the team on best practices and efficient coding methodologies. 6. Multitasking & Project Management: o Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously. o Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business requirements. 7. Performance Tuning & Optimization: o Undertake performance tuning activities to improve system performance across SAP integration points. o Provide timely solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency. Desired Skills & Experience: 1. ABAP Expertise: o Extensive experience in ABAP development (7+ years). o Strong working knowledge of ABAP workbench, data dictionary, and creating classical and interactive reports using ALV. o In-depth knowledge of SmartForms, BDC, BAPI, and data migration techniques. 2. Advanced ABAP Skills: o Expertise in ABAP 7.4+ syntax and advanced debugging tools (SQL trace, runtime analysis, performance tools). o Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex ABAP code for optimal performance. 3. SAP HANA & Advanced Development: o Experience with SAP HANA and ABAP on HANA is a must. o Experience with Core Data Services (CDS), ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and U15 development is an advantage. 4. Technical Leadership: o Ability to mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge to improve team performance. o Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business and technical teams. 5. Project Management & Multitasking: o Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage multiple deliverables/projects simultaneously. o Proficient in preparing technical specifications, business documents, and testing scenarios. 6. System Optimization: o Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and apply performance tuning techniques for SAP integrations.
