Job Summary:

The Delivery Module Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the delivery of projects within our organization. This position requires a strong focus on ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SharePoint, which are critical for the successful execution of our projects. The Delivery Module Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery management process, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize SSRS to create and manage reports that provide insights into project performance and outcomes.
• Implement SSIS for data integration and transformation tasks, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
• Manage SharePoint sites for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions to the team and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a deal breaker for this role.
• Proficient in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data management and ETL processes.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint for project collaboration and documentation management.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
• Knowledge of additional reporting and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
