Power BI Development Team Lead/ Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex Power BI solutions, for both Financial and Non-Financial projects. Oversee the end-to-end development process, from requirements gathering to solution delivery. Collaborate with business analysts and clients to ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives . Reviewing the work of other team members. Reviewing commits and approving pull requests. Manage Deployment of projects. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related). 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, including semantic model creation, report design, and data visualization. 3+ years of experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers, with a strong focus on collaboration and best practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), including managing branches, submitting, and approving pull requests to ensure code quality, consistency, and proper integration across the team. Familiarity with Agile methodology in project management tools like Jira or DevOps is a plus, with experience working in a structured sprint environment.

This role ensures customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries while contributing to the overall customer experience through troubleshooting, feedback collection, and training support. POSITION: Software Support Analyst Role Customer Support Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams when necessary. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Identify customer training needs and refer them to the appropriate training or consulting teams. Documentation and Content Creation Work with the Content & Training Manager as well as our product team to develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.
