Sharepoint Administration

Key responsibilities: Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments. Create and manage site collections, libraries, lists, and web parts. Handle user permissions and access controls in accordance with security policies. Perform routine SharePoint site maintenance and updates. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power Automate, and OneDrive. Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested. Maintain documentation on configurations, procedures, and change management. Support migration projects (e.g., SharePoint on-prem to Online). Required skills: Proven experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integrations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with security and compliance in SharePoint environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Certification in any field: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate (retired but still valued) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) MS 700 , MS 101 or Share MCSE certification Any related to admin certification.
