What you’ll do

Co-own mini P&L projects: pricing experiments, margin analysis, SKU rationalization
Improve revenue ops: map the sales funnel, spot leaks, propose/test fixes (A/Bs)
Shape GTM: channel strategy for distributors/online, support micro-launches & offers
Build leadership-ready dashboards/briefs to drive decisions (weekly review)
Lead one end-to-end impact project: define problem execute show results

You’re a fit if you

Have a bias to action, sharp analytics, and clear English/Hindi communication
Are comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (bonus: SQL/Apps Script/Canva)
Can commit 5–6 days/week on-site
