1. Minimum 12th Pass Required.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an outbound customer service profile.
3. Interaction with customers & good convincing skills will be considered.
4. Good Verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:
1. The candidate should be fluent in the Punjabi Language.
2. Experience in the BPO voice process will be preferred.
