Key Responsibility Areas Land acquisition and monitoring all activities related to the Proposed Cement Project, HP & Grinding unit, as well as Mines toward restarting of the Project Activities as per Management Decisions. Various Statutory/Environment Clearances required for proposed Cement Project, Grinding unit & Mines. The Compliance, Liaison & follow up with for various Govt. Agencies of Mines & Forest Departments. Preparation of documents/Reports for operation of Greenfield project and Proposed Grinding unit. Ensuring statutory & necessary compliance within stipulated time period. Preparation of Reports & related clearances, Resettlement & Rehabilitation plan for oustees and Safety. To provide necessary inputs in the pending litigations in the various legal Court matters as well as statutory matters. Liaison with Governments agencies for expediting the process of Projects further action in the matter as well as compliance's activities timely. Show more Show less
