As a Civil Engineer at our company located in Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and construction of various civil and structural engineering projects. These projects encompass a wide range of infrastructure including roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, buildings, and more. Candidates with Green Field experience and expertise in core civil engineering services will be given priority. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning and Scheduling: - Taking charge of Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Control - Creating Construction Programs, Progress Monitoring Control Sheets, Micro Planning, Budgeting, Base Line Schedules L1, L2, and L3, S-Curves, and Progress Reports - Developing look-ahead schedules and ensuring timely availability of resources on-site - Collaborating with the engineering team for the timely submission of drawings for construction Execution of Civil Constructions: - Reviewing design documents, addressing design issues early on - Conducting site investigations, analyzing data, and preparing cost estimates and budgets - Inspecting construction sites to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time - Managing a team of engineers and contractors, liaising with stakeholders, and staying updated on engineering technologies - Ensuring compliance with statutory aspects related to civil construction, maintaining high construction quality standards, and meeting planned timelines Safety: - Ensuring safe design and execution of all civil structures - Implementing preventive safety management systems to maintain a safe work environment - Auditing the implementation of site safety plans, site logistics plans, and contractual requirements - Establishing and maintaining adequate safety infrastructure for optimal safety conditions If you are a dedicated Civil Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects safely and efficiently, we welcome your application for this pivotal role.,
