SFDC Technical Architect4 Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures. Develop and maintain technical design documents and solution blueprints. Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, including coding best practices and security protocols. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and configurations. Oversee data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement custom applications and features. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and Salesforce guidelines. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies to incorporate into solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss technical solutions and provide recommendations. Act as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system defects. Implement and oversee monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure system performance and reliability. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
