Key Responsibilities:

Providing Technical Leadership

: Design and develop solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Collaboration
: Work closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customer-centric software solutions.
Technology Research and Evaluation
: Conduct research to identify emerging technologies that can enhance development processes.
Architecture and Design Documentation
: Maintain and update software architecture and design documentation.
Mentorship
: Provide technical mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
Quality, Performance, and Security
: Ensure software solutions are developed with high levels of quality, performance, and security.
Code Reviews
: Actively participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality.
Project Status Reporting
: Communicate project status, progress, and any risks to stakeholders, including project managers and customers.
