We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a focus on the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive background in Java Spring Boot and DevOps practices to design and implement high-quality, enterprise-level solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that technological advancements align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-level solutions for the insurance sector.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead architectural discussions and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
Utilize Java Spring Boot to develop robust and scalable applications.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline deployment and improve application performance.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

15-25 years of experience in software development and architecture, preferably in the insurance domain.
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
