Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a

highly skilled Salesforce Developer

to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications, with a strong focus on

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

. The ideal candidate will have

deep expertise in declarative customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce security best practices

. This role requires experience in building

customer-facing web applications

, working with

Salesforce APIs

, and ensuring optimal performance and security within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain solutions within
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
.
Customize Salesforce using
declarative tools
such as
custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders
.
Develop advanced
Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Flows for Industries (DPA), and REST API
integrations.
Work with
SOQL, Salesforce Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC)
for real-time data processing.
Build
customer-facing web applications
using
Experience Cloud
, incorporating
HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
.
Implement
Salesforce Shield, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, SSO, and authentication protocols
.
Follow
Salesforce development best practices
, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance code.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
.
Strong expertise in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), and REST APIs
.
Hands-on experience with
Force.com Sites, Salesforce Shield, Connected Apps, and authentication protocols
.
Deep understanding of
Salesforce declarative customization
and
security best practices
.
Experience working with
SOQL, Platform Events, and real-time data integrations
.
Familiarity with
HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web development principles
for
Experience Cloud
.
Salesforce
Platform Developer I certification
(additional certifications are a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
