Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Salesforce Developer

with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration capabilities. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development, security, authentication protocols, and best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Perform advanced declarative customizations, including custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Flows for Industries (DPA).
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST API, SOQL, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Connected Apps.
Build customer-facing, web-based user interfaces using Experience Cloud with HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
Implement and maintain security features, including Salesforce Shield, CORS, SSO, and authentication protocols.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance Salesforce applications to improve user experience and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
Maintain clear and effective documentation while communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative customization and automation tools.
Highly proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows for Industries (DPA), and Salesforce REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and data integration strategies.
Expertise in Experience Cloud development, front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), and responsive UI design.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security features, authentication protocols, SSO, and Connected Apps.
Experience with Force.com Sites, Salesforce Shield, and security best practices.
Salesforce
Platform Developer I
certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with varying skill levels.
