Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site SFDC Manager role based in Mumbai. The SFDC Manager will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce platform management, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Additionally, the role involves leading and managing a team, strategizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Information Technology and experience with Salesforce platform management
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce or related technologies are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
