We're seeking an experienced and people-first IT Business Systems Manager to lead our India-based Salesforce operations for a Product-based client established in 1969 at their R&D and Innovation Centre in Bangalore.

In this role, you'll manage a team of Salesforce professionals, focusing on production support, delivery alignment, and strategic outcomes in partnership with USA-based teams. What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor an India-based Salesforce team, fostering collaboration and career growth.
• Drive Salesforce delivery initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations.
• Partner with USA teams to align goals, improve processes, and ensure seamless cross-border collaboration.
• Strengthen production support operations and deliver on SLAs, uptime, and user satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years leading Salesforce teams.
• Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and support.
• Proven people-first leadership style with experience working across cultures.
• Salesforce certifications like Admin, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
