Job Description

Job Title: SFDC Lead

Experience:

Role Description:

Salesforce Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
Interact with business and functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
Design scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices.
Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure quality in configuration and custom development.
Drive integration initiatives using APIs, middleware, or connectors (MuleSoft preferred).
Manage deployments, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with DevOps and security standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Required Skills:

8 - 10 years of overall IT experience with minimum
6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
.
Expertise in
Sales Cloud
,
Service Cloud
, and
Experience Cloud
; exposure to
CPQ
or
Marketing Cloud
is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
.
Good understanding of
Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
.
Experience in
Salesforce integration
with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware, etc.).
Proven experience in
leading development teams
and managing full project lifecycle.
Familiarity with
Agile delivery
and
DevOps tools
(Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).

Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Application Architect (preferred)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
