About the Role-

Salesforce (SFDC) Team Lead

Required Skills & Experience-

5+ years
of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and design.
Expertise in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows
.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
.
Proven experience using
Salesforce asynchronous features
(e.g., Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods).
Understanding of
Apex limits, governor limits, and performance optimization
.
Deep knowledge of
Salesforce trigger frameworks
and enterprise application architecture.
Proficiency in UI technologies:
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
.
7x Salesforce Certifications
(MUST).
Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) from
Tier 1 national or regional institutes
.

Preferred Qualifications-

Experience with
Salesforce Data Migration
and tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
Exposure to
Salesforce Managed Packages
.
Understanding of
Salesforce OmniStudio
.
Prior experience with
Salesforce in Unicorns, Top Internet/Product companies, MNCs, or Leading Consulting/IT Services firms
.
