For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:At least 6+ years experience working in the IT industry5+ years of experience developing high-end enterprise-grade SFCC (Demandware) B2Cimplementations.Expert in the integration of SFCC with other backend systems (SFDC, SFMC, PaymentGateways, SAP, etc.).Proficient in SFCC backend Jobs and eCommerce frameworks.Expertise in developing backend APIs (B2CC, headless integrations, specifically with OCAPIand SCAPI and REST)Expertise in server-side scripting.Knowledge in Business Manager setup, configuration, and flows.Expertise in Unit Test and Integration Development.Expertise in Source control (Github)Must have SFCC B2C Developer CertificationWorking experience in REST/SOAP web services and tools like PostmanSolid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSSand a strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming conceptsKnowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plusIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:Atleast 2 end to end B2C implementation project experience in SFCC.B2C Commerce Developer certification is highly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignmentsMust be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision andmicromanagementMust be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team membersExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service mentality while being curious, methodical, rational, analytical, andlogical.
