SF Dev - Service Cloud + Integration

As an experienced developer, you will be responsible for developing applications on Service Cloud and ensuring their successful deployment. Your understanding of Agile Development will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions within a team environment. Your familiarity with Accountability, detail-oriented approach, and proactive initiative-taking will contribute to the overall efficiency of the development process. Additionally, your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for effective collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Developing applications on Service Cloud - Deploying applications using Flosum - Utilizing Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs - Implementing Service cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal - Demonstrating advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, Configuring Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce: Service Cloud - Applying knowledge in web technologies including HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs - Utilizing troubleshooting skills to address technical issues - Demonstrating intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, and Salesforce Administration - Understanding and implementing Security Profiles and Permission Sets - Obtaining Salesforce Developer I Certification (recommended) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience - 5+ years of experience in developing applications on Service Cloud - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Understanding of Agile Development - Familiarity with Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs - Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, Configuring Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce: Service Cloud - Experience in web technologies including HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs - Troubleshooting skills and Salesforce Administration knowledge Please note that the Salesforce Developer I Certification is recommended for this role.,
